ORDER GUIDELINES
Please include the following information so that we can assess the possibilities and price you out accurately:
1) ARTWORK: Send us a flattened copy of the design to be printed sized to print at 300 dpi. Once we proceed to prepping for print we will need a vector based or photoshop file. All colors should be separated into layers and sized to print, for inquiry purposes you can just send a standard sized jpeg or pdf for us to check out.
2) APPAREL DETAILS: Let us know the Quantities, shirt colors, and brand preference you are looking for, all are important for us to provide accurate pricing. We carry various brands including American Apparel, Next Level, Hanes, Gildan, Tultex, Bella, Anvil, and Alternative Apparel. Feel free to call us or email if you need any recommendations on suppliers.
3) BUDGET: Let us know if you’re trying to work within a budget for the particular project. That way we can help to suggest affordable apparel choices, and any modifications to your artwork that will make the job more cost-effective. We’re willing to work with anyone to make sure you get the best product possible at the best prices in New York.
4) DEADLINE: T-Shirt printing takes time to set up and prep, our standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days. We do offer Rush printing, contact us for a Rush printing quote if necessary.
Once we have all of these details, we will send you a price breakdown with an estimated total for your potential order. At that point, if you want to move forward with the order, we will send you a detailed invoice. We require a 50%, once we receive the deposit and the final artwork, we will print the first item of your order and send a photo for your approval.
We do our best to explain each step of the process so that you understand why we need certain information, and so that you know exactly what you’re getting. If something is unclear, feel free to call or email and ask questions.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
Maximum standard print dimensions are 15” x 17”. We do print over sized art work for a higher print cost, email us for our max screen size. Artwork should be submitted in one of the following formats:
ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR: Vector-based files (.ai, .eps, or .pdf) created in Illustrator are preffered. They are the easiest files for us to work with, and will provide superior results in the printing process. If you’ll be submitting an Illustrator file, please convert all fonts to outlines, and if possible, include the font file with your design.
ADOBE PHOTOSHOP: Photoshop files (.psd) must be submitted sized to print, at a resolution of 300 dpi.
*ARTWORK CHARGES: If your artwork is submitted properly, we will make the necessary adjustments to make it print-ready, free of charge. If anything beyond that needs to be added / created / edited at your request, our design fees are $25-45 per-hour. Any artwork not submitted in one of the above formats is subject to design fees.
